Your Rights Under the Nevada Privacy Laws

LexisNexis Risk Solutions

LexisNexis Risk Solutions Inc. and the LexisNexis Risk Solutions companies in scope of these laws, provide methods for Nevada residents to exercise their rights under the Nevada Privacy Laws.

Exercising Your Rights Pursuant to the Nevada Privacy Laws

The Nevada Privacy Laws grants Nevada residents the right to opt-out with respect to their personal information. These rights may be exercised by a Nevada resident through our online portal, U.S. Mail, or over the phone.

Please note that requests to not sell or share your personal information will not apply to data exempt from the requirements of the Nevada Privacy Laws. Specifically, publicly available data (i.e., including data that is lawfully made available from federal, state, or local government records and data the consumer has lawfully made available to the general public subject to certain exclusions) is exempt from the requirements of the Nevada Privacy Laws. The Nevada Privacy Laws also exempts certain data that is subject to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), the Driver's Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) and certain other laws. Additionally, data may be exempt if it is aggregate consumer information or deidentified.

Notice of Right to Opt-Out

A Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information request, sometimes referred to as an opt-out request, will prevent your personal information that is subject to the requirements of the Nevada Privacy Law from being sold with a third party.

We offer Nevada residents an opt-out and an opt-in option. An Opt-Out request will opt-out all your personal information we maintain that is subject to the requirements of the Nevada Privacy Laws. An opt-out request will not apply to information that is exempt from the requirements of the Nevada Privacy Laws. If you have previously opted out but instead want to authorize your personal information to be sold, you may submit an Opt-In request.

The interactive form to submit an opt-out request is available here:
