Your Rights Under the Nevada Privacy Law

LexisNexis Risk Solutions Group

LexisNexis Risk Solutions Inc. and the LexisNexis Risk Solutions Group companies in scope of the Nevada Privacy Law are providing the methods below for Nevada residents to exercise their right to opt-out under the Nevada Privacy Law.

Exercising Your Rights Pursuant to the Nevada Privacy Law

The Nevada Privacy Law grants Nevada residents the right to opt-out with respect to their personal information. This right may be exercised by a Nevada resident through our online portal, U.S. Mail, or over the phone.

Please note that requests to not sell your personal information will not apply to data exempt from the requirements of the Nevada Privacy Law. Specifically, publicly available data is exempt from the requirements of the Nevada Privacy Law. The Nevada Privacy Law also exempts certain data that is subject to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), the Driver's Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) and certain other laws.

Notice of Right to Opt-Out

A Do Not Sell My Personal Information request, sometimes referred to as an opt-out request, will prevent your personal information that is subject to the requirements of the Nevada Privacy Law from being sold to a third party.

An opt-out request will opt-out all your personal information that we maintain that is subject to the requirements of the Nevada Privacy Law. An opt-out request will not apply to information that is exempt from the requirements of the Nevada Privacy Law. If you have previously opted out but instead want to authorize your personal information to be sold, you may submit an opt-in request.

The interactive form to submit an opt-out request is available here: Do Not Sell My Personal Information. Instructions for additional methods to submit an opt-out request are below.
